Shipping & Returns
Shipping costs within the Netherlands are €6.75. For orders over €80, the shipping costs are free.
Shipping costs to Belgium and Germany are €11. For orders above €120, the shipping costs are free.
For other places in the world the shipping costs are €25,- from €200 the shipping costs are free.
We aim to dispatch orders within 3 to 5 business days, unless otherwise stated. Have you ordered a product that is not in stock? This will take 3 to 4 weeks, because the product has to be made especially for you.
If one product is available within the order and the other product(s) is not, then the entire order will only be sent when all products are ready for shipment.
Atelier SAF is not responsible for delays, malfunctions or strikes for the postal company with which the package is sent.
If your order does not meet your expectations, you have 14 days after receipt of the goods to return your order undamaged and with associated items.
Porcelain is a fragile material, it is important to pack it well. The risk of the return shipment lies with the consumer during transport. Costs of this are also for your own account.
When your return has been received in good order by Atelier SAF, the purchase amount will be transferred to your account within 30 days.
Order damaged during transport?
If your order is damaged during transport, please contact atelier SAF within 48 hours by sending an email to email@example.com. Mention in the email your order number, name and photos of the damage.
The warranty is 12 months. This can only be claimed under normal circumstances.
Products with gold luster are not suitable for the dishwasher. If this is done anyway, it is not covered by the warranty.
Products are not suitable for outdoor use, should this happen, this is not covered by the warranty.
